New Goldendale Business Incubator supports growing businesses
The new City of Goldendale Business Incubator facility is operational with two growing local businesses now housed in the facility. The 4,000 square foot building, built by the City of Goldendale in the spring of 2023, is divided into two separate workspaces with room for offices, warehouse or light manufacturing.
The city funded the building of the facility with a grant from the Washington State Department of Commerce. Tenants pay a scaled rent that increases yearly for up to five years, with the goal of moving their companies into new or existing private facilities within the city.
